At Bradford Skin Clinic, our goal is to provide clear and supportive policies so you feel fully informed when booking treatments or purchasing products. These guidelines are designed to protect your safety, ensure product integrity, and remain consistent with Ontario consumer standards.
We do not offer refunds on any treatments or services. Because medical and aesthetic procedures produce results that vary from person to person, outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided once a service has been performed. If you ever have concerns about your treatment results, we encourage you to contact us so we can support you with appropriate follow-up care or guidance.
All appointment deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure clinical time and resources, and may be transferred to another appointment if sufficient notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy. All prepaid packages—including laser hair removal series, Morpheus8 packages, facial series, and promotional bundles—are final sale and non-refundable. Packages may be transferred to another treatment of equal value only at management’s discretion. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion, prepaid packages do not expire.
All medical-grade skincare and retail products are final sale and non-refundable. Due to health, safety, and regulatory standards, we are unable to accept returned products once they have left the clinic. If you are unsure which product is best for your needs, our team is happy to assist prior to purchase.
If an order arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within two business days and include your name, order number, photos of the damaged items or packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.
In rare cases—only with prior approval—a credit note or product replacement may be issued for eligible retail items. These items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and have at least two months remaining before their expiration date. A 25% restocking fee may apply. For safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or issue credits for opened or altered products, items with broken seals, improperly stored items, expired items, promotional bundles or kits, or clearance and final-sale merchandise.
Gift cards purchased at full value do not expire. Promotional or bonus gift cards may carry an expiry date, which will be clearly communicated at the time of issue. All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Discounts are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be adjusted once a transaction is completed.
If you purchase a package and are later found to be medically unsuitable for a specific treatment—due to new health conditions, medications, or provider recommendations—the remaining value of unused sessions may be transferred to another treatment approved by our medical team. Refunds are not offered in these cases, but we will work with you to find a safe and appropriate alternative.
Prepaid packages are non-transferable to other clients unless approved by clinic management on a case-by-case basis. Bradford Skin Clinic does not offer refunds for change of mind related to any service, product, deposit, or package. We encourage all clients to ask questions and make informed decisions prior to booking or purchasing.
