How a balance-building membership works.
This is not a discount card and it is not a subscription to something you never use. It is closer to a standing order into an account you spend here.

You set aside a fixed amount each month
GlowBank is a fixed monthly amount. It comes out on a regular cycle rather than whenever you happen to book.

It builds into a balance held for you
Each month adds to what is available to spend at the clinic. Skip a month of appointments and the money has not gone anywhere, it has just accumulated for the next thing.

You spend it, at member prices
When you come in, your balance goes toward the treatment or the skincare, and the member discount comes off first. The practical effect is that the same yearly spend buys you more.

The written terms come with you
The specifics, including anything about commitment, notice and how a balance is handled if your circumstances change, are confirmed in writing when you join. Read them before you sign rather than trusting this paragraph.
The monthly figure is $99. Everything else about the agreement, including how long you are committing for, comes to you in writing when you join.

Members hear about an offer or a clinic event before it goes out publicly, which matters when a promotion has limited appointments behind it.
Birthday treats
A member benefit in your birthday month. The front desk will confirm what is available at the time.

A membership is not a treatment plan
Banking money does not tell us what your skin needs. Join because you already spend on your skin and want the money to go further, not because it feels like a plan. The plan comes out of your consultation, and it is free.
There is a three month minimum
GlowBank asks for three months. Cancel before that and you lose the rewards and discounts you have accumulated. Cancel after it and every dollar you have deposited stays in your wallet, to spend here whenever you want. We would rather you read that here than find it in the small print.

Questions members ask first
Is the monthly amount a fee, or is it my money?
It is set aside toward your own treatments and skincare rather than being a fee for access. That is the whole idea of GlowBank: you are paying forward for skin you were going to look after anyway, and the balance is there to spend when you are ready to use it.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months. If you cancel before you have completed those three months you lose any rewards and discounts you have accumulated. After three months there is no further commitment and you can stop whenever you like.
What happens to my balance if I stop?
If you cancel after the three month minimum, the money you have already deposited stays in your virtual wallet and remains available to spend on treatments or products here. GlowBank funds have no cash value and are non-refundable, so the balance is spent with us rather than paid back out.
Does my balance expire?
No. GlowBank funds do not expire. Whatever is in your wallet stays there until you spend it.
Can I use my balance on injectables?
Yes. GlowBank balances can be used toward injectable treatments as well as everything else. Neuromodulators are $10 a unit and every filler price is published, so your nurse can tell you exactly what your plan costs and how much of your balance covers it before anything is drawn up.
What do members actually get?
10% off all services and skincare, a complimentary pelvic floor strengthening session every six months, complimentary treatment add-ons, birthday rewards, and priority access to promotions and events. The $99 itself is not spent on any of that; it is banked.
Can I still join if I only come in twice a year?
You can, and it is worth doing the arithmetic honestly first. A membership that builds a balance suits people who already spend on their skin regularly. If you come in rarely, ask the front desk to work through the numbers with you, and be ready for them to tell you it is not worth it.
