Let them choose.

Safer than guessing which product somebody wants, because it lets them have the assessment first and decide afterwards.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are online.

  1. Buy itAt the front desk, or by phone. Ring rather than guess if you do not know their treatment history: somebody at the desk can tell you what suits them and what a realistic amount is.
  2. They bookThe first visit is always a free assessment, so a card commits them to nothing in particular. Mention it when booking rather than on the day.
  3. They spend itOn treatments and skincare, and it can be part payment, so it does not have to cover the whole cost of anything.

The amounts available, and whether a card can be split across visits, are confirmed at the desk. We have not published figures the clinic has not given us.

Before you buy

Two things worth knowing.

Good to know

  • Usable against treatments and skincare, and as part payment
  • The recipient still gets a free assessment first
  • If what they want is wrong for them, we will say so

Worth knowing

  • Not refundable, and not exchangeable for cash
  • This is a medical clinic, not a spa: every first visit starts with an assessment
  • If they want a relaxing hour rather than a clinical opinion, this may not be the present you intend

The full refund position is on the refunds and cancellations page.
