For men
Nobody has to know.
Same clinic, same clinicians, same assessment. This page exists because the questions are usually different, not because the treatments are.
Asked first, every time
The three questions.
- Will it be obvious? That is the brief for most men who come in, and it is a reasonable one. It is a dosing and planning question, which is why the assessment matters more than the product.
- Do I have to keep doing it?For some treatments yes, for others no. You are told which before you book, not after.
- How much downtime?None to about a week, depending. If a week is impossible, say so and the plan changes.
What men come here for
Start with the thing that bothers you.
-
Lines that have set Dosing is usually higher, because the muscles are larger. The aim is almost always movement kept rather than removed.
-
Jaw and chin definition Structural work rather than smoothing, and the most common first request from men here.
-
Thinning hair Assessed before it is treated. Male pattern loss, stress shedding and scarring alopecia are not the same problem.
-
Sweating through a shirt Excessive underarm sweating is a medical problem with a treatment, not a grooming failure. Some private insurance covers it.
-
Back, chest and body hair Including the areas most clinics quietly leave off the list.
-
Acne and the scarring after it Adult acne and the texture it leaves behind, treated as two problems in the right order.
-
Sun damage Years of outdoor work or sport show up as pigmentation and rough texture. The scalp is where it is most often missed.
-
Weight that will not shift Medically supervised, with a nurse practitioner who can assess, prescribe and follow up.
Assessments are free.
Nothing is committed by having one, and if what you want is wrong for you we will say so before you book rather than after.
