Foundation Injectables Course
Two full days covering both injectable classes. Neuromodulators on day one, dermal fillers on day two, taught in the clinic’s own treatment rooms.

Foundation Neuromodulator Course
A two day intensive on neuromodulators alone, for nurses who want to start with tox and add filler later, or who do not intend to inject filler at all.

Registrations below are taken in the order they arrive, and the list is how places are offered when a date opens.

A course fee holds a dated seat, a trainer, models and product for that cohort, so the terms sit closer to a prepaid package than a retail purchase. These are shown again at registration and you confirm you have read them before payment is taken.
- A course deposit is non-refundable.
- Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
- Your seat can be moved to a later cohort date, subject to availability, if you give the clinic notice.
- If we cancel or reschedule a date, you can move to another date or have your fee returned in full.
- A place is tied to your professional registration and cannot be passed to somebody else without our written approval.

Tell us who you are, which course, and which cohort. Alex picks these up herself rather than the front desk, because the first question is always about your registration class and what you are authorized to do.
- Nothing is charged now. Submitting this form registers your interest in a place. Payment is arranged once the clinic has confirmed the cohort with you.
- You get it in writing. The date, the timetable, what to bring and the cancellation terms, in a written confirmation.
- Your registration class matters. An RN, an RPN and an NP leave this course with the same skills and different authority. We will be straight with you about that before you pay.
Questions nurses ask first
Which of the two courses should I take?
Take the Foundation Injectables Course if you intend to inject both neuromodulator and filler, which is what most nurses building an aesthetics practice end up doing. Take the Foundation Neuromodulator Course if you want to start with tox alone, either because you plan to add filler later once you are confident, or because you do not intend to inject filler at all. Filler carries the complication profile that experienced injectors actually worry about, and there is no shame in not starting there.
Can I start injecting clients as soon as I finish?
Not as an RN or an RPN, because a course gives you competence and not authority. Before you treat anyone you need an authorizing mechanism from an authorized provider, which is a direct order or a directive. A Nurse Practitioner is different, since an NP can initiate the controlled acts involved within her own scope. This is the step most foundation courses in Ontario leave you to discover afterwards.
What happens after I register?
You get a written confirmation with the date, the timetable, what to bring, and the cancellation terms you accepted at registration. The clinic contacts you during opening hours to confirm your place and take payment. Nothing is charged at the moment you submit the form.
Can I move my date?
Yes, subject to availability on a later cohort and provided you give the clinic notice. The notice period is confirmed with you when you register. If we cancel or reschedule a date, you can move to another one or have your fee returned in full.
Do I need my own insurance?
You need to speak to your insurer before you train and again before you practise, and you should assume the answer changes between those two conversations. Professional liability cover for cosmetic injecting is priced on what you actually do, under what authorizing mechanism, and in what setting. Nurses routinely budget for a course and forget this entirely.
Is the fee refundable?

Ask before you book.
If the honest answer is that you should train somewhere else, or not yet, you will get that answer. A training provider that never says no is selling seats rather than teaching.
