Booking and treatment eligibility

Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a treatment will be performed. Bradford Skin Clinic may recommend an alternative, postpone, or decline a treatment where that is clinically appropriate. Consent is obtained separately before treatment.

Health information you give us

Please give us accurate and complete information about your medical history, your medications, your allergies and any relevant changes in your health. Tell your provider about any changes before each treatment.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes may apply. The cost of your treatment is confirmed with you before you proceed. Promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, expiry dates and terms.

Packages and refunds

Prepaid treatment packages are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. At management's discretion a package may be transferred to a treatment of equal value, subject to clinical suitability. Packages do not expire unless an expiry date is stated in the promotional terms at the time of purchase.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy notice and applicable privacy laws. Please avoid submitting sensitive medical information through general website enquiry forms; bring it to your consultation instead, where it belongs in your clinical record.
