04 · The long version

Why Tottenham clients
make the drive.

The village that faces east

Tottenham sits at the southern corner of New Tecumseth, and its natural road is Highway 27. That single fact separates it from the rest of the municipality: Alliston is the municipal centre and it is north-west, while everything Tottenham actually uses tends to be east or south.

Tottenham Road out to Highway 27, north to Highway 88, east through Bond Head into Bradford. Twenty-two minutes.

What Tottenham gets from the drive

New Tecumseth as a whole has no clinic offering CO2 laser resurfacing, Morpheus8, BBL or nurse-practitioner-led prescribing. Alliston has more shops than Tottenham but it does not have those, so on the specific question of skin treatment, driving to Alliston solves nothing.

At 444 Holland St W you get the device range, and you get Alex Dinovich, FNP-PHC, as Medical Director. Because an NP can assess, diagnose and prescribe, the treatments that sit on the medical side of the line, persistent acne, hair loss, medical weight loss, are handled in the room rather than referred to a family doctor in Alliston.

Summer at the mill pond

The Tottenham Conservation Area is where the village spends its summers, and its mill pond is the reason. Water reflects UV back at you from below, which is why a day at the pond does considerably more to your face than a day in the garden.

The visible result is not sunburn. It is a slow accumulation of pigmentation across the upper cheeks, the bridge of the nose and the chest, plus a texture change that people usually blame on age. It responds to BBL and to resurfacing, and the treatment window is autumn through early spring when there is no UV to undo the work.

Small jobs are worth the trip too

Skin tag removal, milia removal and mole assessment come up more than people expect. None of them needs a dermatology referral or a waiting list, and all of them are single-appointment jobs. At twenty-two minutes, they are worth booking rather than living with.

Published prices are starting prices, confirmed at your consultation. Where nothing is published, the dose and the plan decide the price rather than a menu.

Every injectable here is placed by a licensed nurse, and every plan is signed off by our Medical Director. The consultation is free and comes before anything is booked.

08 · Asked from Tottenham

Questions we get
from Tottenham.

Is Bradford really closer than Alliston from Tottenham?

For skin treatment, yes, because Alliston does not have a clinic offering laser or nurse-practitioner-led care. On distance alone the two are similar. On what is available at the end of the drive, they are not comparable.

What is the route?

Tottenham Road east to Highway 27, north to Highway 88, then east through Bond Head into Bradford. About twenty-two minutes.

Do you treat acne?

Yes, teen and adult acne both. Assessment first, because acne that has not responded to over-the-counter products usually needs a prescription rather than another facial, and our Nurse Practitioner can prescribe.

Are Saturday appointments available?

Yes, 9am to 4pm. Fridays too. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays we are open to 7pm.

How much does a consultation cost?

Book a consultation and we will assess your skin and give you a plan. Treatment pricing is quoted per area at the consultation, because the number depends on what you actually need.

09 · Closer than you think

We are 22 minutes
from your door.

Free parking at the door, and a free consultation before anything is booked. If a treatment is wrong for you, we will say so in the room rather than after you have paid for it.
