03 · Markham, specifically
Things that only
apply to Markham.
Every one of the points below would be wrong if you swapped another town name into it. That is the test we hold this page to.
Markham is the wrong direction from us and we will say so plainly. It sits east of Highway 404 while we sit west of Highway 400, and the two cities have almost no natural traffic between them. If you want a clinic close to home, Markham has hundreds.
The one road that does connect you to us properly is Highway 404. Since its northern extension to Ravenshoe Road, the run from Markham up to Green Lane is quick divided highway the whole way, and Green Lane to Yonge to Bradford is another fifteen minutes.
Markham families with cottages on Lake Simcoe and in Muskoka pass close to us every summer weekend. Green Lane and Highway 400 both feed the same northbound corridor, and Bradford is on it.
Unlike the Markham clinics along Highway 7, Warden and Woodbine, we have a parking lot rather than a plaza and there is no charge for using it.
04 · The long version
Why Markham clients
make the drive.
The honest opening
Markham does not need us. It is a city of more than three hundred thousand people with a dense and competitive aesthetics market along Highway 7, Warden and Woodbine, and we are around fifty minutes away in a direction that Markham traffic has no reason to travel.
If you are looking for a clinic near home, close this page and search locally. That is not false modesty, it is the sensible advice.
When it does make sense
Three situations come up.
The cottage run. Markham empties north on summer Fridays. Highway 404 to Green Lane, or across to the 400, both feed the same corridor, and Bradford is at Exit 64 on it. If you are heading to Lake Simcoe, Muskoka or Georgian Bay anyway, we are a stop rather than a journey.
Family up here. People with parents or siblings in Bradford, Newmarket or Innisfil are in this area regularly. If you are already coming, the appointment is free of travel cost.
A second opinion. The most common reason anyone leaves a well-served market for a clinic an hour away is that they want an assessment from somebody with no stake in the original work. If that is why you are here, book a consultation and nothing else. We will assess, tell you what we think, and let you take it away and think about it.
The route
Highway 404 north from Markham to Green Lane in East Gwillimbury. West on Green Lane to Yonge Street. North on Yonge through Holland Landing and across the Holland Marsh into Bradford. West along Holland Street to 444.
The 404’s northern extension made this considerably faster than it used to be. It is divided highway or open road almost the whole way, with no town traffic until you reach us.

08 · Asked from Markham
Questions we get
from Markham.
Is this drive sensible from Markham?
For most people, no. Markham is very well served and we are around fifty minutes away in a direction you have no other reason to travel. This page is for the exceptions, not the rule.
What are the exceptions?
Cottage traffic that already passes this way, family in the Bradford or Newmarket area, and people looking for a second opinion from a clinic with no connection to the one that treated them.
What is the route?
Highway 404 north to Green Lane, west to Yonge Street, north through Holland Landing across the Holland Marsh into Bradford. Almost all of it is divided highway or open road.
Can I do a consultation and treatment on the same visit?
Usually yes where it is clinically appropriate. Tell us you are travelling from Markham when you book so we can allocate the time properly.
Do you have more than one location?
No. One clinic, 444 Holland St W, Unit #2, Bradford. We would rather be clear about that than have you arrive somewhere expecting a satellite.
